Ability to enter group ads in one location

Question

can you please ad a feature in either journal entries or mass payments in which you can enter every member of a group ad and their payment amount without having to go into each account and enter it with all the details of a regular ad. Details should only need to be done once - through the contact person's account where you can actually add the text for the ad and all the details.

This will benefit everyone as all honorees have several groups that typically join to make one ad - the block, the shul, a shiur, colony friends, siblings of an honoree, children of an honoree...

Why do you need all the details in everyones account?

Exactly - I do not need all the details - I only need the name of the donor, the amount he paid and which group he is a part of. I would also need to know for which honoree. there is no way to enter just this info as far as I was directed - the only way was to go to each person's account and enter it in the campaigns - journal screen.

So why not just link it to the other account by the payment with pay link?

when I discussed this in the beginning of the campaign this is the answer that you gave

1) To charge multiple people and send keep bills to each of them you would nee d to go in to each account and enter a charge for the amount they will be paying. The actual page you only need to enter by one person,

For sure you need to enter the charge for each person. How will you send a bill if you do not out in a charge?

That is what I am asking for - I mistakenly said on place to enter all the payments - I meant on place to enter the pledges/payments - for example - to be able to go to Acct 1 and enter all the information for the ad - the text, page type.... then to go to the entries screen in the journal and be able to add Acct 2, Acct 3, Acct 4 and Acct 5 - pull up their account, tag for which honoree, add group name or solicitor and the pledge amount all from one screen. This then would attache the pledge to each individual without having to go to each account separately.
