Create a list or a flag with a barcode scanner

Question

Instead of scanning a document and then attach, it will be much easier when we need to know immediately who brought back a form e.g. registration form, immunization record, OPT letter.   For fundraising it could also be very helpful if we want to track which parents attended the dinner,   with this method  it will be easier  even  the form doesn't have a barcode  I be able to print out  all members or students with their barcode and I will scan  the barcode and will select a flag or create a list.

Sure you can do this. Do you already have the bar code report? If not call in to tech support that they should add the report to your report list.

In fundraising you go to the entries screen and click on the flag tab. There you choose the flag you want and put the cursor in the account column. Now just scan the accounts you want added with your barcode scanner.
