We a have a Immunization inspection scheduled and the DOH told us that for shots that are already due they will not accept appointment letters after 14 days from when the shot was due.
So I wanna send out letters for all parents that they have to give the shots even if they gave appointment letters but my issue is that all the shots that are entered as in process in the reports are written that the shot was given , Iis there any way to change from all in process to appointment so I will only be able to look it up but in the reports it will still show that the shot is missing.
Please respond ASAP Cause out audit is scheduled on Nov 6 and the letters have to go out.
