user rights on attachments

Question

Can we assign rights to limits a user’s ability from deleting any attachment. We’ve had more than once that a user mistakenly deletes an attachment by clicking again on the save icon or by mistake deleting outright.

 

Furthermore, it would be good to limit certain types of files from being viewed by certain people.
