Entries- mass update mailing tab

How can I update information in the entries-mailing tab? There is no load button to load accounts from the query.

Neither the “Mailing” tab is not working at all; also the “Solicitor” tab there is not working at all. It sounds that this pages was designed to be 2 useful tools for mass entries and updates for mailings and solicitors, but they were not finished for some reason. So maybe if more customers will show interest in it, it will be finished up.
