Can you have the mass import match accounts by code? Every time we send out a mailing we get updated addresses from NCOA and we need to enter the info into the software. The list comes back to us with the codes that we originally exported. If the system would match duplicates by code then we can just click on the green transfer button by the address to update the account with the new address. We would need to to go through each account but its quicker and less prone to errors then the way we do it now. Currently we use the address update tab in reports.
