querying things in history tab

Question

If I want to see all Parents' whose address was changed from a certain date to a certain date, can I run such a Query? (i want to know whose address I need to change in the NPSIS system, let's say)

If you want to query for a list of accounts that have a changed address you can use the Generic tab to query the MHistory Table. But if you want to get a list of addresses you would need to get a report that shows a list of addresses and have the query built in to the report.

If I don't change an address, instead i change it to "Old Home" and put the new address by "Home" can I still query by date whose address was changed?
