Copy query when copying bus Route from prior year

Please update the software so that when we copy a Bus Route from a prior year that had a query that it also copies the query.

Done. It will now copy the query too. But when copying the students they will still come up as removed. We added the option to delete all Removed students by choosing the menu "Delete all Removed" after loading the route.
