How can I send emails from my phone or home computer?

I would like to be able to send emails and/or sms alerts from my cell phone or home computer/laptop.

What would be the best way to do such a thing?

For sms you can upload a phone book to our sms website and then you can use that to send out messages.

For email you can upload an excel sheet with all email addresses and you can use that.

When sending to an email address, does it charge money like SMS, and from which email will they be receiving this message?

Do not understand what you mean. If you send something from your email it has nothing with jl and it will be sent from your own email provider.
