is there a way to group user rights ?

like this we can give all educational personal one user right that includes all tabs and reports that only proteans to them , and all secretaries that only proteans to them ,financial people what only that proteans to them, and fundraisers their Rights .(not by coping all rights from a single user)

Currently there isnt such an option. But you can create a user name called education and use that. We will add it to the wish list.
