bus changes entered, are not coming up in bus change tab (only after selecting old i'm able to see it)

we had bus changes for 11/28/17-11/28/17

& changes starting 11/27/17-11/29/17

until now (we updated yesterday) it was coming up - now i have to check & check off "include old bus changes" to stay only with current bus changes

Check the date on your computer. It should show any change that has the end date after today. Or maybe you don't enter end date?

Its just not loading on startup. You can update now. Or just click on Show all Routes twice.
