If you are not using Office 2019 please disregard this post!
There was a bug that Microsoft introduced in Excel 2019 causing imports into the program not to work.
We added in version 12/23/20 12:09 PM an option for the office 2019 users, to work around this issue.
In the entries tab under options you need to check off No ACE for imports.
Please note: When using the option the excel file must be saved as a 97-2003 xls file. (Not xlsx)
