Question

When using click to call to directly call out from account, please if the pop up box what is made to write a note should have a minimize option, so i could first finish the call and then use the note box

Also please add that when entering the note it should have "Date entered ans User Entered"

Added Date Entered and User Entered.

Cannot have it minimized. So you can enter the basic, and update the note on the end of the call.

​In Fundraising, you can uncheck Log Calls from the main menu under the Phone dropdown to prevent the note entry from popping up. If you don’t have Fundraising installed, please contact Support.
