Employee directory (not a staff list): All School numbers and extentions

Question

We have a lot of departments - preschool, early elementary, elementary, Junior High, High school divided in different buildings for boys and girls.

We need a directory for all employees showing which dept. they are, with their phone numbers and extension numbers.

Just enter them under staff in administration. You Create for each location a class called Other and you enter all the staff for that location there.

what happens if we have certain staff members that work a few jobs for differnt departments?

So you enter them in all places. Same as a teacher teaching multiple classes.
