In Administration-credit cards- how can we get the list to be alphabetized by last name

The names you see are the name on the card, not account names. These names are usually first name and then last.

We need the list by last name and then first name . Is there a way to do it or can it be done.

Added the column Last Name and First Name. Just click on the column header to sort.
