Total Due column in mail merge

would it be possible to eliminate the total Due column by default when viewing selected records or query's in mail merge?

if needed you can always add this column. we have different users using mail merge and don't want to share with them what parents owe us .

There's a user right called show total due , just deselect it for the users you don't want to see it.
