Is there an option to query the families who have a child/children with missing immunizations?

I would like to send a letter only to parents who have children with missing immunizations. Is there such a query?

There is a report MISSING MEDICAL LETTER that u can send out to all parents that have children with missing medical shots and u can add to that list any type of letter that u want.

what about makeing labels just for these families when i want to mail it?

Sure. Just Choose Immunization Complete or Not Complete. If you want exemption should be like complete click on Use Exemption. Then press Include.
