the title in general info is changing by its self

Question

when the mouse pointer is above the Yiddish or English title in general info the program is changing the title as i scroll the mouse (even i didnt click in that box) & its vary bad when im sending for a rabbe an invitation & it says Dr. or Mrs.

This is a new windows 10 feature. Its called Inactive Window Scrolling.

Please Google How To Disable Windows 10’s Inactive Window Scrolling. And turn it off.
