In light of the enormity of the rather robust & flexible nature of the program I believe that both novice users as well as "zokein verogil" users would benefit greatly from a weekly one hour webinar each time exploring different areas of the programs. This would enable a new user to learn, an intermediate user to brush up & an experienced user to learn new facets of the system without bogging down JL support staff. Have the boys @ headquarters entertained this concept? By a show of hands , do any fellow administrators or other staff share this sentiment?
