Check Duplicate based on query

Question

I imported a list from excel and set it to not check for duplicates because I thought there it has only new accounts. In the end I am finding duplicates. Is there a way to check for duplicates only for the new accounts?

 

I tried doing a query and checked Use Report Selections by Duplicates but it seems to only find duplicates if they are both in the query. How can I find all duplicates even if only one of them is in the query I selected.

Changed. It will now find duplicates even if only one of the duplicates are in the query.
