If you mean when a credit card gets charged, you can have a sms text go to the donor upon charging. You need to set it in the Alert Tab Under Notes.

If you want all charges to be sent to the donor Choose CC Charged, If you want only denied charges choose CC Denied. Also choose the phone number the sms should go to.
