According to the chart of requirements, students ages 5 through about 10 years should have recieved five dtap shots (or four if last one was over four years) but some of our students who have had less then that, the doctors say that they will be good till they are 11 and can get the Tdap. Others give the Tdap then.
On the chart of requirements it says that a Tdap can be counted for a dtap from age 7. How can I enter that a Tdap shot should also be counted as a dtap? (I would't enter it as a dtap, because I won't remember to change it, and she will be missing the Tdap when she enters 6th grade)
Also, if a doctor says that someone finished the series till 6th grade, how can I make that it should not come out on the report that she is missing immunizations?
