In Fundraising -> Accounts -> Linked -> Children -> Hebrew DOB (when after sunset/שקיעה) does not compute correctly

Question

In Tuition -> Families -> Children grid in addition to DOB and Hebrew DOB there is an "Add Day" checkbox (Students/DOBHebrewPlus1) that corrects the Hebrew DOB. This checkbox is not available in Fundraising (via "unhide columns") nor does the grid make use of it when it calculates the Hebrew DOB,

Please add the column and change the calculation to allow the correct Hebrew DOB to display in Fundraising.

When trying to open the Accounts->Linked->Children tab in fundraising I am getting the following error:
