Is there is a way to make from now on that a program name shouldn’t show up in the drop down by student classes?
The reason is because I don’t want to have it in the drop down by student classes because I don’t want a user to add mistakenly more kids in that program
But I still do want it by query
To delete the program name is not an option because than when I go to reports>query>classes it’s not showing up that program to query
p.s. by reports on top when selecting programs instead of grades I can still get it even the program is deleted
