Mark sms done

Question

When I send or receive SMS I want to be able to mark it done, and/or be able to delete the text messages that are not relevant anymore, and add a note for myself next to a message.

We are sending out automatic text weekly to all declined cards. I receive multiple responses, so if I can mark it as done, or add a comment for myself, it would be easier for me to keep track of what still needs to be done.

Do you know how to use the tracking of declined CC? In the administration screen?
