Make an account inactive

A family is moving. How do we put into the system that they are inactive parents without deleting the account?

Just check of Not Active in the General Info tab

Comments

for donors, you can use Not Active,

for parents, update the end date by the students record and if the student didn't even start the school year then just delete the period record from the coming year
