is it possible to add to be able to add to list under the info/flag tab? now i would appreciate under a info in fundraising but all would be helpful)

In reports / accounts? There is already add to list there. Please call in as its very unclear which screen you are looking at.

lets say a list of people that their adress needs to be corrected, i realized thru the a info tab that I would like that person to stay on my list
