Library Book Labels - make the header smaller and the title bigger

I would like the label header on the book label to be a bit smaller, and the book title a bit bigger. It is pretty hard to read.

Added the following optional settings. The settings are for all users. Settings can be added in administration. Enter a number for the font size.

Library Header Size

Library Book Size

Library Shelf Size

Library Age Size
