NYC Fire Dept. Inspections

Question

The Fire Dept is going now around and giving violations for those schools that don't have a F-07 certificate and a fire alarm daily inspection log with written records of inspections / test / maintenance of the fire alarm system.

Does anyone have a sample of such a log?

They are also looking for Monthly dates on the back of the extinguisher tags.

you dont need a log just make a note book and keep record each day and the person filling out the book should sign it  and once a month when you have a fire drill log that day also had a drill.
