Mass Mailings

Question

Letters that are presorted and have an Intelligent Mail Barcode can be eligible for much cheaper mail prices. Would you consider getting the software to have barcodes when we do a mailing?

Barcodes itself can be done in word. But I think you also need to have a certificate showing you checked the database off all address changes. So you would anyway need to use a company for that.

 

Do you know all the rules involved?

No and they seem pretty complicating. Does anyone know something about presorting mail?
