Can there be a date & time field as an additional info?

Question

Excel allows for a field to be date& time.  We would like to schedule fahers and set both the date and the time in the letter to go out to parents.  Is that an option for a type/value field?

You can type in anything in any additional info.

Can I get a drop down for time, the same way I can get a drop down for date?  Or if I paste a time from excel "42408.6" can JL give me 2/8/2016  2:24:00 PM?

There is no dropdown for time. And the excel value for time doesnt mean anything for us. But you can copy the actual text from excel.
