How can I change the name of a test after the grades are entered?

I have entered a number of test grades for one class. I had created the tests, and after entering the grade, I realized it was entered under the wrong test name. How can I rename?

Don't understand exactly which field you are calling Test Name. But By setup is where you can change any info on the test.
