Sending Statements to folding machines [avoiding multiple page statements]

Question

i would want you to add a feature when printing statements, the statements that are very long and are more than one page should be in the end of all the statements or any feature that can shrink the words so there should not be any statement that is more than one page.

The reason i am asking for this feature is because i want my printer to fold the statements right away this causes that the statement with 2 or more pages are packed in 2 separate envelopes.

Contact support, and tell them how many records fit on one page. So they can create you separate statements for the one that fit and the ones that do not.
