Day off in attendance sheet?

How do I mark a day that wasn't school due to the snow, and it should come up in attendance?

In attendance screen. Last tab.

Maybe it will be better if you add a dropdown with a calendar by the column you should enter the holiday date, if not I would not know that the date has to be entered there, I taught it have to enter the holiday name.
