You will now be able to receive replies to your email when sending out SMS messages, even if you're using a shared phone number. (up until now replies were only sent when sending SMS from a purchased number)
Keep in mind that since shared numbers are shared, if 2 customers send out a SMS from the same random number to someone, and that person replies, the reply might be delivered to the incorrect customer.
