Missing Student Pictures report

Question

Can you provide a report that provides a list of students who don't have pictures or don't have current pictures?

To your second question.....

If the add date for the photo is older then x time ago, list that student so we can update the photo.

We have guys in 3rd year Bais Medresh with their 9th grade photos!

If this doesn't live in any tables the information can be obtained programmatically from the picture file creation date (or the JPG metadata).

Worst case: we can set a job on the server that runs once a day and writes the file dates for the student photos to a CSV.

produces a file (for pix 2 years old or more) like this:

Can it be modified such then when on the mail merge tab one clicks on "use current report" fields like parent's names, address and such appear (with out adding each from the drop down) so that we can mail merge to word?

It is not possible for this report due to the way it is built. (It loads everyone and hides the ones that are not expired, so all the students would come up)

I see that you are calculating the visibility of the detail section on format and understand that the data isn't querible. What about creating a "scratch table" that would get overwritten every time the report is run with the student ID and "Missing" or the date. After running it could be used as a filter for a student list for export, mail merge or email list?

Done, once the report loads paste the clipboard to query the student numbers.
