Can you add a field in Courses-Student-Notes for source tag?

We need a way to track the source for the entry of the note, whether it is a phone call, meeting, incident.

Added Column Note Source. (Version After 9/14/2023)

Drop Down can be pre-filled in administration under "Note Source List".
