Monthly Vs daily Attendance

Is there an option of filling in attendance on a monthly basis, rather than filling it in every day separately?

Please explain in more details. Is this for meals? For Class? What will the numbers be used for? Do they need to linked to each child?

We want to be able to view the whole month's attendance on one spread (divided by class) when exported to excel.
