I have a folding machine. How can I print statements that each page should be a seperate print job?

We added a new print option in the report menu by the report screen.

Its called "Print for Folding Machine". It will ask you how many page you want to print together.

 We happen to have a folding inserting machine. So I would like to understand the answer on the above topic. 

What I get from the above is that your saying, that we could print each statement separately? instead of printing them all out together and running them through at once? Please correct me if I wrong. But should you be able to do that anyways. so, let say if someone asks for a copy etc. 

An if your going to print only one, I normally wouldn't need my folder  for that. I'd just do it by hand. 

But, What we do is, we do print them all at once. And we use #10 window envelopes. So we don't have to worry about putting them in the wrong envelope.

Certain folding machines are attached to the printer. And a few of those have an issue that it will only fold if the document is sent as separate print jobs.

That did cross my mind. But I didn't think you were referring to that machine. I guess I was wrong. And we do not have one like that.

What happens at the end of the year and someone has many transactions that some carry over to a second page, how does the solution work in that case?

It will fold it separately. Please remember that most drivers do not have this issue at all and will fold it according to your settings.

This feature is excellent for when printing double sided contracts that have odd numbers. if only we had this three weeks ago!
