Alert user when entering cash/check payment in account with wait approval transactions

Question

I would like to know if you could add a feature to payments that when someone has a cc for approval on account and pays cash instead we should get a pop out that the account has a cc for approval if they want to ignore the approval.

Comments

This would be helpful for any payment manually inserted in an account that has future cc approval
