When I put a hebrew name into the system that ends with an apostrophe - this is what happens - ex. נחמי' . How can i avoid this?

You  can put the apostrophe first & then write the name...

Not a good idea, as it will come up backwards on most reports and in mail merge.

Let me explain a bit more. Even if you see it on the screen on the wrong side, it is entered correctly in the system. Its just a display bug in windows that when apostrophe is the last char it is flipped. Try adding another name and you will see it will come back to the correct side. So DO NOT enter it wrong. Because then even if its displayed correct on this screen it is not correctly saved and will be wrong in most printed forms (And when windows will fix the bug,)

You cant. But on any report it can be corrected to show the correct way. In MS Word by labels or documents it will show the correct way too.
