Add option to click from calendar the account that is dedicating that day

When going through the future dedications, very often changes are necessary, ex, to switch dates or editing the dedication, it would be very helpful to go to the account straight from the calendar rather than looking up the person's name. thank you

Added. You can now dbl-click on the dedication in the calendar and it will go to the account.
