To add the setting go to the administration screen and choose from the options menu, Admin > Add Setting.
The setting name is MatchJournalToNoPledge, and the setting is not per user. Enter True in the popup.
With this setting enabled when entering a journal page with a no pledge in the account the following message will popup
Do you want to replace the No Pledge charge of $70.00 with the current charge?
The price of the journal page will be changed to $70.00 in order to match the no pledge received.
Pressing yes with change the page of the journal to match the pledge, pressing no will create a new charge.
This setting also adds when changing a journal page that no page number has been assigned it will ask you if you want to change the price of the jounal.
