Option to enable bus tracking on certain routes for office use only.

Good morning, Its possible to add a option to only enable bus tracking on the GPS portal on certain routes for office use only, and not for the parents?

We don't want to turn on the tracking for the bigger kids, but we still want the dispatcher to be able to track and follow the bus progress.

Added. If you change the name of the GPS Name to Hide it will not be available thru the phone.

In the bus route tab, there is a column called GPS Name.

Dont have a column with "GPS Name."

On the route. Not on the bus. If you cannot find it call in to support.

1 Small issue, after adding the GPS name the system does not allow you to delete it, it pops up a error

Its possible to add a option to hide one bus on a route but not all buses?

For example: today the tracking on one bus went offline in the middle of the route, all parents heard that the bus is still on the last known location so a few kids missed the bus, I would like to have the option to turn off the tracking till the end of the route so the parents should not get confused and misinformed, and the hide option looks like a simple way to do it, But currently the hide option is only availible to block the entire route with all buses.

Added. You can add to the GPSSetting column the word Hide to hide a bus. Or change to LocationOnly and it will only tell the parents the location of the bus.

In order for this to work, your GPS system needs to be updated.

I tried using the LocationOnly feature for our פארטאגס route but it does not seem to work.

system says "No info available"

It will only say the location for a student from that route.  Also the start and end date and route time need to be entered. Contact support so we can check it.

Everything is set up perfectly, i actually did it already before the summer and it never worked, its just that the parents started complaining about it now.

Seems like you are missing something up. Yitzchok has no clue what you are referring to (He does not remember asking you to post here. Also the forum would not be the correct place to be able to help you. As someone from support needs to check what you are not entering correctly.)  . Kindly call in to support so they can show you how to enter it correctly.
