As of now, when Popup Alert is selected (in the NOTES column) all JL users see the message when they first go into that specific account. How do I make it specific to certain users ONLY (like admin)?

The category is Contract Note or Tuition Note then the usual receptionists should not be able to view it.

Added in version after 2/26/2024.

It will now only pop up notes that the user has rights to view.

It depends on the user rights of the note category, you would need to setup rights for it.

This only limits the popups to users that have the category, not to specific users,
