Enter charges for student company 0

Question

In Administration- Enter Charges screen, can we add option of selecting Company '0' -used to allow one contract charge to be split across students in different companies (Tuition Charges and BM)?

There is no such thing as a charge for more than one company. The whole thing of companies is separate charges for each.
