Just as a reminder we provide Off-Site Backup service. We charge $150 to set it up. If you want we should monitor it and check if its working we charge $225 annually.
But its always best to have your IT company take care of these.
As a one time courtesy we can check for you if your backup is really working free of charge.
Open a private Report Request with the name of the company that does your backup (Mozy, Carbonite, IDrive), with the user name. For security do not post your password. Just put a phone number where you can be reached and we will call you and connect to it to see if it has current backup info. We can also keep in a secure database your password to be able to restore in case you lose access to your systems.
