Query-Who moved within the past year?

what would the query criteria be in order to see which accounts had an address change within the past year?

The best way is when someone moves instead of deleting the address you change the address type to old home, like that you can query old home and when it comes to match addresses with gov data many times they only have the old address on file, technically you can also query the history for all address changes it will give you all changes including form "st" to "Street" or "ct" to "ct." which is not what you're looking for

I did want to add though that for the purposes i needed this for, it will be helpful to get a list based on history query. How do i go about that?
