Religious Exemption

Question

A child that took some shots then he refused the rest because of religious issue, how do i enter the religious exemption for the rest of the shots ?  i assume that we have to enter it by every shot, can you please add that once i enter a religious exemption for one, then it should ask if i want to add an exemption for the rest

Assumption is correct. It needs to be entered separately because we need the info for the school survey report. If we add the feature you requested we will respond here.
