Introducing the JLS Donation and Payment Line!
We’re excited to announce a new service for our valued customers. The JLS Donation and Payment Line directly integrates with your gateway. Whenever a donation is made, you’ll receive an email notification via the gateway.
To set up this system, please provide the following information:
- Campaign Number: Share this unique number with your donors when they call the donation line. Please verify its availability.
- Recordings:
- Prepare a campaign welcome message recording.
- Create a separate recording for a thank-you message (you can also send us the text in English, and we’ll create the recording).
- USAEpay Key: Provide your account details, and we’ll generate the USAEpay Key. Also, share an email address for transaction details.
- Optional SMS Account: Let us know if you’d like to send thank-you texts to donors’ cell phones.
Free for JLS Credit Card Clients!
Please email the above information to support@jlssolutions.com. If provided over the phone, there’s a $50 setup fee. Non-JLS Credit Card clients pay $100 if setup via email, or $150 if information is given via phone.
For a dedicated phone number linked to your campaign, there’s an annual charge of $200.
